I've been having to work on the Vigilante Justice mod alot, so I didn't have much time to finish the first BETA of the Black Market Mod... But since the Vigilante Justice pack will have features based on that anyway, I decided to include features of the Black Market mod in Vigilante Justice. This means that I can work on the Black Market mod while still doing stuff for Vigilante Justice... Anyway, that's when I get back...
