Furniture Mod What does it do? This mod allows you to buy and place furniture in-game. You are able to access 24-7 to browse and select items and you can then place them in your home. You will be charged for each item you purchase and if you do not have enough, you cannot buy the item, you'll have to go and earn some cash! Note that the objects you can buy and the interiors you can place them in are restricted. You can only buy certain objects to prevent crashing of the game and unwanted effects and you can only place them in certain interiors to prevent it interrupting with gameplay outside of the mod. These items are kept after you sve the game. You can still delete them though. Please note that although I've tested the mod to work quite well with saves, using a seperate save slot is reccommended to prevent unwanted effects.
